Where can I find my access code?
Your access code is printed in the Companion Quiz section at the back of your Norte Prep book (last pages). For the EPA 608 guide, the shared code is EPA608-2026-DEMO. Enter it on the book's quiz page to unlock the companion study site.
My access code isn't working. What should I do?
Please ensure you're entering the code exactly as printed, including any hyphens. Codes are case-insensitive. If you continue to have issues, contact us at info@bobook.club with your book purchase details.
Can I use one access code on multiple devices?
Yes! Once you unlock a book with your access code, you can access it on any device by entering the same code. Your quiz progress is stored locally on each device.
Are the quiz questions the same as in the book?
No. The web quiz bank is separate from the book questions, providing additional practice material. Questions follow the same format and difficulty as the real exam.
Will I receive updates if regulations change?
If you provided your email address and consent during unlock, you'll receive notifications about significant regulation changes. You can also check the Updates page for each book.
Do you offer books in Spanish?
We're working on Spanish editions! Our US Citizenship guide will be bilingual (English/Spanish). Subscribe to updates to be notified when Spanish content becomes available.
